1. Get your own printer access code from the main office
2. Download this PPD file.
3. Edit the PPD file, search for 2 instances of XXXXX (on the same line), replace both with your own printer access code, then save the file (overwrite it).
4. Pick one of the two options below (if this is too technical, please contact Maiko to do it for you) :
LINUX : mv ta4501i.ppd /etc/cups/ppd lpadmin -p ta4501i -D ta4501i -L "301 Allen Building" -E -v lpd://130.179.72.94/ -P "/etc/cups/ppd/ta4501i.ppd" MAC : mv ta4501i.ppd /Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/ lpadmin -p ta4501i -D ta4501i -L "301 Allen Building" -E -v lpd://130.179.72.94/ -P "/Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/ta4501i.ppd"
5. Make sure you have your 'paper source' set correctly BEFORE you print :
Cassette 1 - legal, Cassette 2 - large large, Cassette 3 - letter* likely it is okay now, I did a recent update to the PPD file which 'should' default to Cassette 3 for you ...
6. That should do it, happy printing, please do ask for help if you need it :
